Hi there..

I have a lot of toys..but I dont play with them.. except for this one - Hello Kitty rattle.. i just love the colour..

Thanks to Naman, Sparsh, Prisha and Saksham for the rattles..

You know my other fav toy is a toy projector with music..Many thanks to Ruchir chachu and Ruchi chachi for that..Mom plays that toy in the night and I go to sleep in minutes..

Hi all..

I am 3 months old now..and have started going out for a walk too..i love to see birds..my fav ones are pigeons..

I love listening to music..Ahaan's playlist -

Daadu thinks I might start a light fitting factory as I keep looking at lights all the time..!

I have now established a more or less fixed routine..and I like everything..except for when mom takes me for a bath..

My 2 month B'day at Naani's home...

I turned two month old today..though I have to confess..I look like a new born..

Anyway, I am at my naani's house these days..surrounded by kids who keep staring me..and making funny faces at me..I have started smiling these days..and cooing too!

This time, I cut the cake with my naani and badi naani..they both took very good care of me..

So many injections.. :-(

Starting with a sad face as I have got so many vaccinations.. I hate these doctors..

I'm a lil feverish and sore too.. And I just like to cling on to my mommy these days..this is my comfort pose..

See..she is again clicking a photo..cant see that i'm sobbing..what am I supposed to do to fix her?!

I hate the camera flash..its so annoying..but mom dad keep clicking pics just to capture my smile..i gave in today..

I have turned a month old today..mom dad brought a cake for me..i cut the cake with my daadu daadi..i got two gifts as well..a rhyme book from mom..and a rattle feom daddy..cool naa..its fun to be a kid!

Naming Ceremony

Hi guys..A month has passed since I was discharged from NICU..I still see my doctors almost every week, I have been gaining weight..but also quite prone to the seasonal cold and cough..My family did a hawan today for my chola ceremony.

My parents announced my name to everyone - AHAAN (the morning glory)..it means a new beginning..which is very apt for both mom n me..

The ceremony was great..My naanu naani brought clothes for me..I also got a lot of gifts..and so did mom dad..Everyone seemed happy and relaxed..Good days are gonna get back..!

ALL IS WELL.. :)

My first festival - Lohri

Mom told me that today is Lohri. I cant go outside as its very very cold..but Mom Dad will pray on my behalf..You know what..my due date was the same..But God had other plans..

Anyway..my bua tied nazarband around my wrist..and I got a lot of blessings from everyone in the family..

By next year, I will celebrate this festival with full enthu..esp as we get to eat popcorn in this one..

Surprise Surprise..

You know what..I reached home..and there were balloons in the corridor..flower petals on the floor..and toys too!


Thanks to Apra, Avani and Tulkia bua and my Anchit chachu..He is so funny..he was so excited..he got confused whether he is my maamu or chachu..hehe..

Ah..finally..I will sleep on my bed tonight..bliss!! :)

Bye bye Nursery..Ahaan is going home..

My family is here..my daadi changed my clothes and my daadu held me..and we were off for home sweet home..we stopped to pray at the temple in between..and had a very pleasant surprise awaiting us when we reached home..

Family Reunion.. FINALLY!

I'm so happy today..my mom dad came to meet me today..my mom held me..she was very nervous..i could feel it..daddy was keen to see if i wud cry in her arms or not..but i didnt..she smiled at me..and cuddled me..

At last..i will be able to go home..yay!

I have been told that both mom and I will get discharged soon.. The nurses here try to feed me milk with spoon.. And i dont like it..but I'm trying to increase my capacity..

Pls God..save me from all this torture..

Hello people..it's new year finally..and Im still not home yet..my mommy had her surgery on 30th and she has been shifted from ICU..Daddy is with her at the hospital..my bua came to meet me today..she told me that mom will be discharged soon..

Meanwhile..the doctors here are doing a number of tests on me to check if I'm ok..I tell you both mommy n me are fighters..we will come out it..soon..very soon..

You know what..my dad came to meet me today in the nursery..he told me that mommy is critical..

She has had severe blood loss and has also fractured her right hand badly..

I will pray for her tonight..God pls make my mom well soon..I eagerly want to meet her..

Hello.. I have arrived..

Hi all.. It's 23rd Dec..11.35 pm in Delhi.. And I have finally arrived.. Yay!

Ah..the doctors are taking me to the NICU.. They think that I might have a complication.. I haven't even met my mommy yet!

Let's see what happens in the nursery.. OMG..these people have put all these pipes inside me..I hope mom dad take me home soon..
